As a DALMC member and affiliate of local building and construction trades you are automatically enrolled as a member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence or ACE. ACE sponsors a career expo, safety awards program, and a construction industry "Got-R-Done" customer appreciation dinner. ACE meets bi-monthly to discuss upcoming projects and workforce development. If you are interested in ACE membership or would like to become more involved, contact DALMC.

Mission Statement

The Alliance for Construction Excellence is a committee of the Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council formed in 1990 to address issues of mutual concern to construction contractors and trade unions. The Alliance is committed to the concept of "safe, quality construction, on time and within budget" using union contractors.
