| A key component to the success of our community is to invest in our workforce. The DALMC strives to promote opportunities for education and continuing education in the tri-state area. The youth of the community is our future, so we partner with a variety of organizations to provide educational events such as mock collective bargaining and a construction career expo. The Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council is also one of seven organizations on the board of a community initiative called "Dubuque Works" which focuses on all aspects of workforce development in the community. |
