- Develop strategies for building effective working relationships
- Set goals and implement an action plan
- Hold successful and effective meetings

The Process
Step 1: We will meet with management and labor representatives to access the current situation of the organization's committee or need to create a committee
Step 2: The training program will be customized to meet the organization's needs
Step 3: A date is set and the training is held
Step 4: Follow-up with the committee to see their progress |

When
We will find a date that works best for you and we will hold the training from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |

Where
The training will be held at the NICC Town Clock Center for Professional Development or another off-site location near your organization. |

Investment
$500 includes training for your entire committee, printed materials, lunch, and the assistance to make your committee effective. |
