The Mississippi Valley Labor-Management Conference is presented in collaboration by the Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council (DALMC) and the Quad City Area Labor-Management Council (QCALM). The conference will focus on key issues that relate to labor management relations in the Midwest and throughout the country. |
