| The Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council's past accomplishments have led us to start a mission to renew services to our current members and expand our cooperative spirit to new members and supporters through our "Partnering for Progress" campaign. We will serve as an agent of change with a community effort that will feature Dubuque as a city of cooperation to enhance economic and workforce opportunities. |
 |
| This is an opportunity to make an important impact on our future. Investing in "Partnering for Progress" is more than a financial commitment. It is partnering with multiple employers, employees and community leaders who share promoting Dubuque as a city that has a labor-management environment conducive to industrial retention and attraction. |
